What is Insights Discovery?
Insights Discovery is a psychometric profiling tool that helps people understand themselves and the people they work with. Rooted in the psychological theories of Carl Jung, it translates personality theory into a simple, memorable language of colour — no jargon, no complicated scoring.
Each participant completes a short online evaluator and receives a personal profile covering their communication style, strengths and practical tips for working with them. Because it’s written in plain, positive language, people actually read it, recognise themselves in it, and keep referring back to it long after the workshop ends.

Why is it beneficial for teams?

How our workshop works
Participants complete their online evaluator and receive their personal profile beforehand, so the session itself is spent applying the insight, not sitting through theory. On the day, an accredited Me Learning facilitator leads the whole team live, never pre-recorded, typically in a full-day, face-to-face format (half-day and virtual options available), with practical group sizes so every voice is heard.
It’s ideal for new or newly-formed teams, teams going through change, leadership teams, or any group where communication has become harder than it should be, and works well as a foundation to build on with our Leadership Development, Team Effectiveness and Communication Skills courses.
What happens in the room
Teams see their combined “colour mix” mapped out together for the first time, often the moment that generates the biggest lightbulb reaction of the day. From there, the workshop moves into practical territory: how the team currently communicates, where friction tends to happen and why, how decisions really get made, and what changes would help this specific group of people work better together. Expect real discussion, honest team conversations, practical exercises, and a set of shared commitments the team can act on immediately — not just a personality quiz and a certificate.
