Influencing Skills
To develop a range of influencing skills which deliver outcomes and enhance relationships.
This course can be delivered in person or virtually for individual or in groups. It will help you to influence all stakeholders –whether they are peers, more senior, more junior, clients or suppliers. It will also help you prepare for tough conversations and provide you with the building blocks for conflict resolution within the workplace.
