Personal Presence

Our Personal Presence course helps people build a genuine presence that combines warmth with authority: approachable enough that people trust them, credible enough that people believe them.

Presence starts with energy: the sense that someone is genuinely engaged and present in the room, not just physically there. This module helps participants understand and manage their own energy, so they come across as switched on and present rather than flat, distracted or drained.

What someone communicates without saying a word often lands before anything they actually say. This module covers posture, gesture, eye contact and movement, the physical signals that project confidence and openness, and the habits that quietly undermine them.

Tone, pace, pitch and pause all shape how credible and confident someone sounds, regardless of what they’re saying. This module builds practical vocal technique, including how to avoid the nervous habits, like speeding up or trailing off, that quietly erode authority under pressure.

Presence isn’t just external technique, it’s shaped by what’s happening internally. This module addresses the mindset behind genuine presence: managing self-doubt and nerves, and building the internal confidence that makes the external technique feel authentic rather than performed.
